Issues with Shibboleth or OpenAthens authentication

If your institution uses Shibboleth or Open Athens for access, you must use a new format of WAYFless URL to reach the updated platform. We've sent updated information to the principal administrators of all accounts identified as using Shibboleth or Open Athens. If you did not receive this new information, or if you have any issues, please submit a support request or contact for help.
