Our Help Center allows you to post questions or suggestions for Credo in a publicly accessible way, including feature requests. We encourage you to use this feature! Here's what you'd need to do:
1. Create a Help Center account; see this FAQ page for more information on this process
2. Go to the Help Center Community Forum and click "Post a Question or Idea"
3. Describe your issue, suggestion, or idea in as much detail as possible. We'll make sure the relevant people on our team are aware of it!
If you don't want to create an account, or have details that you'd prefer not to share in a public forum, we encourage you to submit a support request instead. You don't need to create an account to submit a request!
