My Discovery or federated search service is asking which Credo Product I have - how can I tell?

Most of our users subscribe to the Academic Core with Backfile product, which was formerly known as Academic Core or Credo General Reference Premium. Some institutions will instead have the packages Complete CoreStudent Core or Public Core, or Add-on Content (formerly Publisher and Subject Collections). You can get a definitive list of your subscribed or purchased content within your Admin account (log-in required), or email support@credoreference.com and let us know you'd like to know the name of your collection. If you specify the Discovery or  Federated Search service, we may be able to tell you exactly what your package is called in that system.

Most Discovery and Metasearch vendors offer other packages that contain different groups of titles, including our Add-on titles which are not part of a standard subscription. Depending on the vendor, these packages might be called "Credo Reference titles," "Credo Reference (Xreferplus)" and "Credo Specialist Reference (Publisher Collection)" - don't choose these! You may also need to enable "Reference" as a type in your federated search Admin. If you need further help, please see our Discovery Help Pages or email support@credoreference.com
