The Infobase Admin portal can be accessed at the URL https://admin.infobase.com/, or click the ADMIN PORTAL link in the footer of the Credo platform home page. This page requires an Admin level log-in. If you are an authorized admin, you can contact support@credoreference.com for your Admin log-in.
If you have been a Credo customer since August 2023 or before, your legacy Admin can be accessed at https://admin.credoreference.com using the same credentials. This is where you will find MARC records, as well as stats from August 2023 and prior.
