Credo content can be downloaded only on an entry-by-entry basis, using the tool bar menu in each article (look for "Export to PDF" or "Export to Google Drive").
Using the saved results function, you can also save multiple entries to your folder and export them at once. Simply run a search and click the bookmark icon to the right of the excerpt, or click into the entry and bookmark it from the tool bar menu. The entries are saved here: https://search.credoreference.com/savedresults
Please note that the saved results are session-based and will not be saved after you log out or end the session.
