March 22, 2022: we are experiencing a partial outage/degraded service on our Credo Reference and Source Reference platforms. Our team is working to address this issue ASAP.

March 23, 2022the service issues affecting the Credo Reference and Source platforms continue to be addressed. After a brief period of stability this morning, we are again experiencing degraded service on the Credo Reference and Source platforms. Additionally, our technical team is reviewing the issue to prevent similar service interruptions in the future. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to let us know.

March 24, 2022: our technical team continues to address the degraded service issues for our Credo Reference and Source Reference platforms. We have had extended periods of normal responsiveness and improvements continue to be made. Our technical team has now put systems in place to help prevent similar service interruptions in the future.
