Voluntary Product Accessibility Template

In September 2020, we completed an internal accessibility evaluation of the Credo Online Reference Service platform using the HTML CodeSniffer tool and several screenreader tools, and created Credo’s VPAT. Click here for Credo’s Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) (PDF). Please note that this applies only to the Credo Online Reference Service Platform.

Credo's support documents are hosted on the ZenDesk platform, and their VPAT can be found here: https://www.zendesk.com/company/policies-procedures/accessibility/

Our Learning Tools products have also been evaluated for accessibility. For a VPAT for the Credo Learning Tools product, see this page:

Accessibility Statement

It is a priority for Credo that our system is accessible to all types of users, and we have designed Credo Online Reference Service to be used by people with disabilities. Credo Online Reference Service has hyperlinks specifically placed to enable users with screen readers to skip common navigation elements of our pages and jump to a page's main content (visible only to Screenreader tools).

For more information on using our platform, see "Tips for Using Credo with a Screenreader"

To report accessibility issues, please email support@credoreference.com or call 617 292 6157.
