If you are having trouble with Credo embeds, there are a few things to check:
1. Have you contacted support@credoreference.com to enable your LMS (Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle, etc) as a referring site? If so, does your referrer policy allow your site to pass the headers to Credo?
2. If you are posting on a public site, to allow remote user access your proxy prefix or other authentication information will need to be up to date. You can check the value we have on file by contacting support@credoreference.com.
3. If you post the code on your site, but it displays in code format and does not turn into a Credo embed box, check to make sure you're adding the code to the HTML editor or HTML view.
4. If you are posting the content in your LMS, but the code disappears when you post it, check your instructor privileges to make sure you're allowed to post scripts. In Blackboard, have your admin go to System Admin>Course/Organization Roles>Instructor Privileges and check Add/Edit trusted content with scripts.
