Issues with proxy authentication

If you use EZ Proxy or WAM for remote access, and experience any issues, make sure you’re using the latest proxy configuration . If there has been a DNS change, which does happen periodically, clearing the proxy's cache of any Credo information may help, as described here. If updating the config and clearing  the proxy cache doesn't help, please email support@credoreference.com for help. To assist us in troubleshooting, please send us the URL of the login/landing page and any error message for further troubleshooting.
