Legacy Credo Admin Reports (pre-September 2023)

NEW SUSHI COUNTER R5
R5 stats are run with the COUNTER_SUSHI API. The stats information is available starting in September 2023; reports prior to that date will be blank. (See Legacy Stats at the bottom of this page on generating earlier reports.)

If you have your Admin log-in, this info is findable at https://admin.infobase.com by going to Credo > Reports > Go to report and clicking the "SUSHI" arrow in the top right; or just send a request to support@credoreference.com.
Please note: the Requestor ID and the API key are the same value. The customer ID is your LibLynx ID, not your Credo or Infobase Customer ID.
The reports available are below. Please note that if there is no applicable usage in that period, the report will fail.
Platform Master Report: pr
Database Master Report: dr
Item Master Report: ir
Platform Usage Report: pr_p1
Database Search and Item Usage: dr_d1
Title Master Report: tr
Book Requests Report: tr_b1
Database Access Denied: dr_d2 and Title Access Denied Report: tr_b2: These reports often do not populate. Turnaways are rare and may be indicative of an issue with your account, such as out of date catalog records.

Legacy Credo Admin Reports (pre-September 2023)
The legacy Credo Admin has been left active at https://admin.credoreference.com for the purpose of gathering usage stats from January 2018 through August 2023.
Legacy stats in SUSHI COUNTER R4
COUNTER R4 stats are run in XML. Use the following end point URL to access the service for reports prior to September 2023:

You will also have to enter your Credo Client ID and Admin name. If you have your Admin log-in credentials, you can obtain this information and the XML format in your Admin account at https://admin.credoreference.com/statscust.do?action=sushiinfo, or just send a request to support@credoreference.com.
If the SUSHI interface has fields to fill out, this is typically how it will look (the username and password fields will be blank):

For the authentication purposes you must use your Admin or Stats login name and password with a pipe separator as the Requestor ID (e.g. admin@yourlib.edu|password), and your Credo Client ID as the customer_id. If you have your Admin log-in, you can obtain this information and the URL format in your Admin account at https://admin.credoreference.com/statscust.do?action=sushiinfo, or just send a request to support@credoreference.com.
The reports available are:

Note that the "Test Connection" button does not work, so you should skip the testing step when you are setting this up.
Legacy OCLC Worldshare
